We only process the data needed to run this website and to handle your enquiries. There are no advertising or analytics tools, no tracking, no third-party fonts and no sharing of your data for advertising. That is also why we do not need a cookie banner.

This website is run by an external hosting provider that processes data on our behalf (data processing under Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit the website, it automatically processes data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and operating system.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. The data is only kept as long as necessary for this purpose.

When you contact us through one of our forms, by email or by phone, we process the details you give us in order to handle your request:

• Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message
• Callback request: name, phone number, preferred time and, if you like, a short note about your request
• Franchise enquiry: name, email address, phone number (optional), town or region and your message

The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (enquiry about our services or a partnership), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (handling enquiries) and, where you confirm it in the form, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We delete your enquiry once its purpose has been fulfilled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

To prevent misuse, your IP address is briefly held in the server's memory when you submit a form (to limit the number of requests) and is not stored permanently.

Please do not send health data (for example diagnoses) via the forms. We are happy to discuss such matters in person by phone.

The “Am I eligible?” quick check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are neither sent nor stored.

Form submissions are delivered to us as email via the Resend service of Resend, Inc. (USA). Resend processes the data solely on our behalf (data processing under Art. 28 GDPR).

Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. This is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) and, where the provider is certified, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). We store your choice of language, colour theme (light or dark), text size and quick access so that the website looks the way you left it on your next visit. The language is stored in a technically necessary cookie called NEXT_LOCALE; theme, text size and quick access are kept in your browser's local storage. Your browser also remembers for the current session that the opening animation has already been shown.

This information never leaves your device and is used only for display. It is permitted without consent under § 25(2) TDDDG. You can delete it in your browser at any time.
